Through the teybik app, users can access a map of establishments in the vicinity of their location, indicating whether they have a table, seating capacity or free services. In addition, they can also consult the menu of the establishment and place orders through the application and, with the help of Artificial Intelligence, improve their customer experience. A solution designed for any hospitality business, regardless of size (bars, cafes, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, …) or sub-sector (restaurants, leisure, accommodation, cultural, …).

The idea was born out of the personal experiences of our team.
The recent pandemic has changed everything: from capacity restrictions to an increased appetite for leisure. This got us thinking: not a single free slot in our hospitality industry. There had to be a way to sell more by eliminating wasted resources.
2. Our solution
teybik is an end-to-end technology solution designed to transform the way people interact with the hospitality industry. Our proposal solves two key problems:
1. Knowing in real time the available capacity in nearby venues, allowing users to find free tables without the need for prior reservation.
2. Predicting when there will be availability in full venues, offering a competitive advantage to both customers and establishments.
Following the pandemic, the need for leisure planning has intensified. teybik responds to this new social context with an intelligent tool, based on algorithms and geolocation, that improves the consumer experience and optimises occupancy in hospitality.
The product is completely finished on a technical and technological level. We are now looking to complete the commercial launch phase with investment support to scale its implementation. teybik is also officially certified as an emerging company by the Spanish Government, which allows investors to benefit from tax deductions of 50% on their contribution, as well as additional advantages for non-resident foreign investors, in a particularly attractive context after the elimination of the ‘golden visas’.

Legal advantages

teybik has, since December 2023, the certification of emerging company (startup), granted by the Government of Spain. This qualification gives our company a series of advantages for those individuals and entities that invest in it, both national and international.
For illustrative purposes only, the following are listed below:
– A taxpayer who invests in teybik 100.000 €, would deduct 50.000 € in his Income Tax in Spain (IRPF) corresponding to the year in which the investment is made (page 26 of the document of the Law linked below).
– A foreign person who invests in teybik obtains, upon application, a Spanish NIF, which would allow him/her, among other things, to do business with any country belonging to the European Union (page 14 of the document of the Law linked below).

1. Seed Round Open
teybik officially opens a Seed round with a maximum ticket of 2.000.000 €, aimed at investors who wish to participate in an already validated phase of the project, with high growth and scalability potential.
After two years of intensive development, our product is fully finished and we have successfully started a real commercial validation with major players in the hospitality sector, such as Mahou and Makro, for whom we have developed specific modules that allow the integration of Teybik in their operational and commercial ecosystems.
2. Investment conditions

– Pre-money valuation: 10.000.000 €.

3. Roadmap and use of funds
The funds raised in this Seed round will be used mainly to:
– Boosting the commercial launch in Spain, consolidating agreements with large distribution groups and strategic locations.
– Strengthening the key team, incorporating profiles in business development, customer service and digital marketing.
– Scale the technological infrastructure, guaranteeing the stability and growth of the platform.
– Marketing and user acquisition actions, both B2B and B2C.
The objective: to accelerate the implementation of Teybik in areas with a high concentration of hotels and prepare for the international leap with a solid and validated base.
